Growing By The Midday Sun

The leaves have some kind of glowing effect that was totally unplanned, but I think it looks nice. It's likely due to using the same green pigment for the leaves and for the wall. I also like the wooden texture of the table, it's not quite realistic wet very interesting.

"On a lonely desk
By the window,
I slowly grow
At the pace of lives
That come and go.
Drinking from a soil
With more roots than dirt,
I’ll soon break the clay of my prison
And turn it back to earth.
In this room
Where the midday sun leaves no shade,
I’ll keep growing
Even with new shackles to keep me stale."
