Exposition
Really not my best work here, but at least it was good shading practice. The angle of light is very unusual and it was pretty hard to shade the face, and I think I did pretty great on this part. It's just the overall composition that is pretty meh...
Exposition
“The burning light of the window
Grew milder by the minute.
The searing brightness
Doesn’t appear that ardent
When you’ve already seen it for so long.
Perhaps, for unaccustomed eyes
It looks as if you were consumed whole
By the scorching light,
But once they get exposed to this shine,
They’ll see that there’s something to look at
Beyond the overgrown lightness."
